It is truly amazing the amount of "things" that HQ staff does to make the organization run more   efficiently in maximizing the Lord's work in serving the various Christian groups that request services. 

The multitude of tasks at HQ center around scheduling the maximum number of MMAP members  to serve at the various Christian organizations that request services.  These organizations are located throughout the U.S.  Can you imagine the scheduling intracacies of taking about 170 MMAP couples that are ALL volunteers and incorporating their desires into a meaningful arrangement that covers as many requests for service as possible.  Add to this that all are volunteers and all "retired" and that they choose to work from four to 12 projects per year.  Now throw in the continual change that happens with family emergencies, health issues, etc. and one can begin to understand the flexibility needed to allow the MMAP organization to serve.
